The Guest House is located just off the seafront in Skegness and provides tastefully decorated, clean and modern accommodation . It gives you access to the British seaside and all the entertainment Skegness has to offer!

 Ran by the Dawson Family since 2019-we offer full bed and breakfast plus a room only basis and also evening meals for the 2025 season. We cannot wait to welcome you to our beautiful home.
