Our Home Is Your Home-Friendly Accommodation

Our 8-bedroom guest-house accommodation is just 5 minutes away from the beach and wonders of Skegness town, but if you need a break from the sunshine, we have free Wi-Fi in every room. 

We cater for Solo Travellers, Couples and Friends in our Double & Twin Rooms including 2 Ground Floor Rooms available on a Room Only and Bed and Breakfast Basis.

Evening Meals are available at £14.50 for 2 courses and £17.50 for a full 3 course meal. 

*Evening meals on the day of arrival must be ordered the night before-contact us for a full menu.

Our comfortable and relaxing lounge has a large TV in Situ, perfect for reading a good book or socialising with other guests. 

We offer a delicious full English breakfast along with other breakfast options, served daily in our ground floor dining room. 

We do offer an option of a packed lunch at a small cost each day and there are a small array of snacks for sale in the guest lounge for when you may get the munchies at night.

We are licensed and do have a small selection of drinks available at the bar.

On a sunny day there is a patio area complete with tables and benches to enjoy the sunshine or the front porch where there is a seating area to relax and perhaps read a book.
